Win Win WAR OTOP Junior empowers Thailand’s youth to take an active role in preserving cultural heritage and driving community development through innovative entrepreneurship. Spearheaded by C asean, this program fosters the next generation of leaders by connecting local wisdom with modern business strategies. It showcases the belief that schools can be hubs of change, where students transform local resources into impactful solutions for community growth.

 

The program engages schools nationwide through workshops, mentorship, and student-led projects focused on the One Tambon One Product (OTOP) concept. Students are encouraged to identify community challenges, develop entrepreneurial solutions, and present their ideas at regional and national showcases. With its focus on creativity, collaboration, and cultural preservation, OTOP Junior provides a platform for underprivileged youth to become change agents.

 

Over three seasons, the program has reached more than 800 students, revitalizing local economies and preserving cultural traditions. These young changemakers have demonstrated the power of grassroots innovation, creating solutions that not only uplift their communities but also inspire partnerships to support sustainable development across Thailand.
